| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| This is for the Section 130 Rail-Highway Safety program. The railroad will replace the obsolete signal equipment; and install a queue cutter/presignal, an interconnect communication system, pedestrian gates, and lights. Funding is 100 percent Section 130 federal funding. Cost Estimate TOTAL for 01D = $170k. Staff - Oversight, Coordination, Clearances = $35k BNSF Railway - Preliminary Engineering/Design = $118k ICAP = $17k |
