Increase budget
26. JUSTIFICATION
There was no detailed estimate prepared to program the construction of this project. The original estimate used for programming underestimated the overall cost of construction and did not include cost for year of expenditure and ICAP. The updated construction estimate for the year of expenditure is based on an estimate provided by ADOT Drainage. ICAP is included in this request. Contingent upon PPAC approval, this will be included in the FY22-FY26 Five Year Program.
