25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Establish new project.

26. JUSTIFICATION

This project will replace the scale and construct an inspection pit at the San Simon Port of Entry to improve vehicle enforcement operations. Improvements include concrete pavement, ADA walkways, median removal, secured employee parking, an access gate from the Frontage Road, pavement markings, and utility service adjustments. Construction is anticipated in FY25. Staff $61k Consultant $512k ICAP $61k
