| This AZSMART Grant project will provide design funding for Santa Cruz County I-19 frontage road improvements between Ruby Road and Rio Rico Drive. The project scope includes design of a diverging-diamond interchange at Ruby Road and two-way frontage roads on the west and east sides of Interstate 19 between Ruby Road and Rio Rico Drive.
