| The project IGA was signed late which did not allow sufficient time to receive the local match. This is a City of Yuma TA funded project for Safety improvements. This project designs a HAWK beacon signal that creates a safe area of transportation for students attending Gary Knox Elementary School within the Crane Elementary School District in Yuma, Arizona.
