| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| The project is experiencing delays with environmental clearance and additional documents, related to Bureau of Reclamation`s involvement on the project. A meeting with the BOR was cancelled due to the government shut down, with no clear indication of a timeframe when they will be able to meet again. The BOR is a landowner and rights user for a section of the project that we are encroaching. The coordination and finalization of paperwork with the BOR is necessary to move forward with stage IV submittal, which is currently TBD with the shutdown. Requesting to move advertisement from December 2025 to March 2026, this will allow us ample time to handle the BOR situation, submit stage IV documents and move forward with all typical project related reviews. |
