| Establish 01R Subphase. |
| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| We will utilize OSB-R funds for Consultant Fees and Internal Labor as needed to facilitate the exchange of ROW from ASLD and acquire TCE�s needed for the detour road. The deliverables for this task will include Legal Descriptions and ROW Plans. Any fees associated with the ROW and TCE transactions will be funded by Pima County using HURF. OSB-R funds will only be used for time expended towards obtaining ROW Clearances. This funding will not be used to acquire land. |
