| Project will design removal of existing 6` wide sidewalk and replace with 8` wide sidewalk on both sides of 1st street, from Avenue B to 4th Avenue, creating a multi-use pathway. Project will avoid removing and replacing the sidewalk along the canal bridge due to spacing. Staff $30K |
