| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| The project consists of approximately 6,000 linear feet of sidewalk, Americans with Disabilities Act ramps, crosswalks, concrete curb and gutter, and miscellaneous drainage improvements. Request also includes changing the project name to: `Panther Drive, US 60 to Sunset Drive`. The Local Agency was approved for federal Transportation Alternatives funding for design and ADOT PDA fees. The project is currently only funded for design. Consultant: $260k |
