25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST
Change schedule. Change project limits. Change project length.
26. JUSTIFICATION
The District and design team evaluated a two way left turn lane (TWLTL) in the north segment of the project. Regional Traffic agreed that the inclusion of the TWLTL would benefit the operations of the corridor. The addition of the TWLTL extended the project limits 0.11 miles to tie into the existing junction striping at US191 and SR366. The schedule change is to move the advertisement date from the 3rd quarter to the 4th quarter. The recommended project limits are MP 104.50 to MP 113.61, and the length increases to 9.1 miles.

Increase budget.
26. JUSTIFICATION
The estimate used for programming did not include contingency for unidentified items and cost for the year of expenditure. The updated construction estimate for FY23 includes contingency for unidentified items and cost for the year of expenditure. ICAP is included in this request. Contingent upon PPAC approval, this will be included in the FY22-FY26 Five Year Program.
