| Increase budget Change Scope and Type of Work. |
| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| Due to the age and condition of the existing concrete deck the design team recommends changing the type of work to bridge replacement and replacing the existing bridge with a single cell super box culvert with bridge barriers. Repairs to the existing retaining wall are recommended to be removed from the project scope due to insufficient funds. The retaining wall repairs will be completed in the future by the City of Bisbee when funding permits. The City of Bisbee is contributing funding for construction and the existing IGA will be amended to account for the change in scope. This is an Off-system Bridge Project. |

| This bridge rehabilitation project will strengthen the existing bridge deck to increase load carry capacity, install new concrete barriers and curbs, repair abutment/retaining walls and add scour protection to the abutments and channel bottom. This is an Off-system Bridge Project. Consultant: $500K |
