| Change scope. Change Type Of Work. |
| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| Request project scope change to install centerline and edge line rumble strips instead of passing lanes. Change type of work to: Construct Rumble Strips. The types of crashes can be mitigated with rumble strips and stay within the programmed budget. Change Project Limits to: MP 331.00 to 335.11, and decrease Project Length to 4.1 miles. The design phase was initially established with a length of 5.7 miles. |
