| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| This project will procure Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) software to replace the existing system. This is Phase 1 of the ATMS replacement, and will purchase the basic system and will cover 327 traffic signals outside of the Phoenix metro and 69 pump stations within the Phoenix metro. The funds requested are for the purchase and integration of the ATMS system. |

This project is Phase 1 of the ATMS replacement, and will purchase the basic system and will cover 327 traffic signals outside of the Phoenix metro and 69 pump stations within the Phoenix metro. Funding to integrate the new software has already been programmed for FY24. Staff: $52k Consultant: $144k |
