| Change scope and Type Of Work. |
| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| The original scope of the project was to correct the sight distance of the vertical curve but during the design development it became apparent the intersection sight distance is the safety issue. Request project scope change to improve the intersection sight distance by flattening the side slope on Avenue D and install flashing beacon stop signs on County 15th Street. Change type of work to Intersection Improvements. |
