25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Establish new project. Change in project name.

26. JUSTIFICATION

The project is construction of a pedestrian bridge over UPRR along the Maricopa Road alignment, west of SR 347 overpass within the City of Maricopa. The City`s design consultant will design the bridge and ADOT staff will conduct the compliance review, issue clearances as well as advertise. Change project name to "Maricopa Rd North of Edward Rd" MAG TIP#33987 Staff: $30K
