The initial investigation to identify cultural sites is complete. Several sites have been identified that require testing and data recovery. This request will fund those efforts. Decrease Budget
26. JUSTIFICATION
During the scoping update of the original DCR,the project team evaluated and recommended 2 additional wildlife crossing locations. The original DCR had only identified one wildlife crossing location. The additional crossings will require additional geotechnical and structural design, along with environmental services. Additional funding is also required for Right of Way Surveying. All of the funding in the FY22 Line Item for this project will not be needed at this time since ROW acquisition cannot occur until the NEPA Clearance is completed. The ROW funding needs are not known at this time. The balance of the funding will be put into Contingency. Consultant:$900K Staff:95K ICAP:105K
