| Additional scope to incorporate initial and final design of Casa Blanca and Seed Farm interchanges with I-10 has been added. The added scope will include geotechnical investigation, roadway, structures, drainage, traffic control, signing, striping and erosion control. The consultant will also prepare all information necessary to obtain environmental clearance, ROW clearance, and utility clearance for the added work. Change beginning milepost to 173.75 and length of project to 7.74 miles. Change project name to "North of Nelson Rd. - Dirk Lay Rd". Consultant $3,741K Staff $150K ICAP $409K |

| I-10 is planned to be widened by one lane in each direction throughout the project limits. Bridges at Dirk Lay and Gas Line Road will require replacement to accommodate the roadway widening. The scope of design work will include geotechnical investigation, roadway, structures, drainage, traffic control, signing, striping and erosion control at a minimum.
