25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Establish new project.

26. JUSTIFICATION

Upgrade all banded signs larger than 6.25 sq. ft. to pole clamps per 2014 specifications S-9 (1-3). Replacing all out of spec signs that do not meet retroreflectivity and/or out of specifications. This project will use a Procurement contract to install the signs. The project will address signs on Routes SR95, SR66, I-40, SR69, SR89, SR260 and US60.
