Establish new project
26. JUSTIFICATION
This is a request to establish the I-10 cross street improvements project. The work includes pavement rehabilitation, ADA improvements and lighting in some locations. This will be a turnback project to the City of Phoenix, upon construction completion. ICAP is included in this request.
