| Originally this Willow Creek Bridge No.3 EB (Str # 1594) on I-40 over Willow Creek project was programmed as a Bridge Rehabilitation project and the estimate developed for programming used a price per square foot of bridge deck. At the completion of scoping, it was recommended that the scope of this project should be a complete bridge replacement. This request is based on the latest construction cost estimate which includes contingency for unidentified items, cost for year of expenditure and ICAP. ICAP is included in this request. Contingent on PPAC approval, this will be included in the FY22-FY26 Five Year Program. |
