| Defer Project to FY25 |
| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| This project is being deferred to FY 25 to allow Yavapai County more time to prepare their bid package to meet federal requirements. NACOG is amending their TIP to program funds for T048901C in FY25 through an administrative amendment. The Amendment letter was sent to ADOT from NACOG on April 30, 2024. This amendment is in accordance with funding deadlines per the congressional earmark. These changes will appear in the FY25 - FY29 Five Year Program. |

| County`s design consultant has prepared PS&E up to 90pct for the Cornville Rd & Tissaw Rd Roundabout project. Requesting funds to assist the County in updating the PS&E in order to meet federal requirements . IGA 23-0009424-I has been executed and local funds have been received. Staff - $30K |
