| The project involves the construction of a passing lane on US 70, from milepost 274.55 to 275.6, classified as a Minor Program Project. There is a potential need for an increase in construction funding due to higher-than-expected roadway excavation and the application of the TERO tax. The current Stage II construction estimate stands at $5,967,000. The project is anticipated to be delivered in the 4th quarter of FY 2025. |
