| Defer Project to FY23. |
| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| This project is part of the Off-System Bridge program which has an upper limit of Federal funding at $1M. Request is to defer the project to the next Fiscal Year. the current estimate is significantly greater than the current program budget. Pinal County will pay the overage but their funding will not be available until Q1 FY 23. The County has committed to pay $61K for the 5.7pct match and $1.29M 100pct contribution. Pinal County is responsible for the R/W clearance, and an agreement is pending with ASLD. The bid date will likely be in Q2 in FY 23 but is a function of the R/W clearance. |

| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| This project is part of the Off-Sytem Bridge program which has an upper limit of Federal funding at $1M. The amount of Federal funding was overstated in the FY 22- FY26 Five Year Program. The adjustment is to correctly show the Federal portion on the project of $1M with the difference to be paid by Pinal County. A later bid date was requested by Pinal County in order to meet their increased funding obligation. |

| The purpose is to build a new bridge parallel to the existing bridge. The existing bridge is over 100 years old and is deemed structurally deficient with a structural rating of just 39.6. The new bridge will be built to current loading and geometric standards. This is Pinal County`s only priority for off system bridges. Staff $30K Consultant $426K |
