| Defer Project to FY 27. |
| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| This request is to defer project from FY 26 to FY 27. Post-Stage III submittal, we received the quote for line extension costs from NTUA, far exceeding the current project budget. Design team is evaluating project scope to be able to deliver the project within budget, and also needs additional time to establish agreement with the NTUA. |
