Project was originally scheduled to deliver in FY 26 Q3, but due to delays in receiving SUE files from the on-call consultant, and additional time required to draft the utility service agreement with NEC, the project will not be ready until mid FY 26 Q4.

Defer to FY26.
26. JUSTIFICATION
Project will not be ready to advertise in FY25. Design team experienced several-month delay in obtaining needed survey deliverables due to limited resources, and additional delays in the design process due to having to convert from solar-powered lighting to electricity-powered.
