Establish a New Project Change Project name

This initiative aims to enhance safety measures by implementing a roadway lighting system along the stretch of US70, from Mile Post (MP) 256.6 to MP 259.4. The construction phase is planned for Fiscal Year 2026. Change name to "MP 256.6 - OLD SAN CARLOS RD". Staff - $191K Consultant - $104K ICAP � $32K
