| This project will repair the existing distressed pavement between Black Oak Drive (MP 31.25) and Lower Elgin Road (MP 28.5) on State Route 83 (SR83) in Santa Cruz County. It will also evaluate improvements at the SR 83 and Lower Elgin Road intersection. Request to change the project name to `Black Oak Dr - Lower Elgin Rd` for consistency with the Final Scoping Letter published in October 2023. This project is funded by Legislative Capital Outlay Appropriation. Staff: $60k Consultant: $217k ICAP: $30k |

| This project will reconstruct approximately 3 miles of State Route 83 between Milky Way and Lower Elgin Rd, in Santa Cruz County. This funding will be used to identify the appropriate scope of work that will take place during final design. This project is funded by Legislative Capital Outlay Appropriation. Staff: $40k Consultant: $50k ICAP: $10k |
