| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| This request is to advance the construction project from FY 2028 to FY 2027. Tucker Flat Bridge falls within the limits of the F0841. Dennison to Navajo County Line is scheduled in FY 27. This request will align both projects for construction in FY 27 through a single contract. |
