| Defer Project to future FY Increase budget |
| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| This is a local HSIP project to install 300 ft. of raised median on Florence Blvd starting approximately 200 ft. west of Colorado St in the City of Casa Grande. The city requests to defer this project from FY25 to a future FY, due to financial constraints. The SCMPO Board approved adding some of their Federal funds to this project on March 11. The city has secured local matching funds for this project and the IGA is scheduled to go to the May 19 City Council Meeting. The city will provide the local funds to the Department on June 19. Environmental clearance have been issued on Feb 28. The JPA amendment is currently in progress. The SCMPO TIP Amendment board is planning on March 11th and city council agenda for April 21st, 2025 TIP ID CSG-23-01 |
