| Advance project into FY25 Increase budget |
| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| This is local HSIP project for the installation and removal of the approach medians and the extension of the eastbound left turn lane to remove the negative left-turn offset at the intersection of Florence Blvd and Peart Road in City of Casa Grande. Environmental clearance was issued on Feb 28. Due to financial constraints and shifting project priorities, the county proposes expedite the project delivery from FY26 to FY25. The JPA amendment is currently in progress. The SCMPO TIP Amendment board is meeting on March 11 and the council agenda for April 21st, 2025 TIP ID CSG-23-02 |

| This is local HSIP project for the installation and removal of the approach medians and the extension of the eastbound left turn lane to remove the negative left-turn offset at the intersection of Florence Blvd and Peart Road in City of Casa Grande.
