| At a request of the City of Yuma, the scope will be reduced to only 2 intersections with Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon (PHB) signals. The intersection of Avenue C and Crane Street will be removed entirely, leaving 2 intersections only. Avenue C and Central Drain and 32nd St and Michigan Ave will be the only 2 intersections receiving PHB signals. Change project name to , "Ave C & Central Drain and 32nd St & Michigan Ave" |
