| The project will construct an eastbound passing lane with centerline and shoulder rumble strips for safety countermeasures. This is an HRRR-funded project for Yavapai County. This subphase will be used to cover consultant design charges only. IGA executed October 4, 2023. Consultant: $503K ($502,225.00) |
