Increase budget.
26. JUSTIFICATION
This pavement rehabilitation project is on Grand Ave and includes all intersections and cross streets located within ADOT R/W. Due to the complexity of existing pavement markings it has been determined that pavement marking sheets and geometric sheets are advisable to include in the plan set. In addition, the PISA identified two sites with hazardous material concerns that will require an ADEQ file review. Consultant = $130K ICAP = $11K
