| Change Project Limits. |
| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| The limit change would allow for considerations of possible turn lanes at First Knoll Drive (Cinder Pit Road) at MP 344.43 due to backups and known crashes at that intersection, per district. This new limit would also provide a 4-lane section all the way from the new start to the US 60/61 junction and avoid a short ~1.6 mile 2-lane section within this range. Change project limits from "345-353" to "343.4-353". |
