Establish new sub-phase
26. JUSTIFICATION
Funding is needed to begin R/W acquisition efforts as identified in the Final Design Concept report for the I-10: Junction Interstate I-19 to Kolb Rd. (H7825 01L). I-10 will be widened to three lanes in each direction and the service interchange at Alvernon Way will be reconstructed. Work will also include replacing I-10 overpass structures at Drexel Rd.
