25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST |
Advance project to FY 25 and Increase Budget. |
26. JUSTIFICATION |
This request is to advance construction funding from FY 26 to FY 25 to advertise this project in FY 25, and to increase the budget. Capacity exists to deliver this project in FY 25, and the project will be ready to deliver in FY25. Budget increase is due to use of stone matrix aggregate (SMA) pavement, and added box culvert expansion to address drainage issues within the project limits. |
