25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Establish New Project.

26. JUSTIFICATION

The City of Coolidge aims to Construct a walking trail to generate interest in the Park and facilitate future development. ADOT PDA Fees - $30,000 Consultant Design - $44,000 The City has completed 100pct construction plans for the civil aspects of the park; however these plans will require modifications to meet federal standards. Adjustment will also be necessary to accommodate the upgraded lighting for the walking trail.
