25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Establish design project.

26. JUSTIFICATION

The pre-scoping document completed in September 2022 identifies full-width 3" mill and 3" AC replacement with chip seal. Additional scope items include tree removal, seeding, right of way fence replacement, shoulder build-up, and replacement of cattle guards. Construction for this project currently shown in FY27 in the Tentative FY24 - FY28 Five Year Program . Staff: $50K Consultant: $303K ICAP:$37K
