Change in scope.
26. JUSTIFICATION
This project initially advertised with raised median work at 94.3pct HSIP and Flashing Yellow Arrows at 100pct HSIP. This request is to revise the construction project scope to stay within the budget for project re-advertisement by removing the raised median work. With the removal of the 94.3pct Raised Median work, all remaining work is 100pct HSIP Eligible. Therefore the 94.3pct Geometric Funding is being converted to 100pct HSIP for flashing yellow left turn arrows. The $29k received from the City of Glendale as a 5.7pct match will be applied to the project as a 100pct Contribution. The HSIP Eligibility Letter has been updated to reflect all these changes.
