25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Establish new design project.

26. JUSTIFICATION

As per the completed Pavement Management performance measures, the existing pavement has experienced distress cracking and is in substandard condition. The project will rehabilitate the existing pavement as recommended in the Planning Level Pre-scoping document. Construction is in FY26 in the FY24 - FY28 Tentative Program. Staff: $153K Consultant: $435K ICAP: $62K
