26. JUSTIFICATION
This project is being established to complete the scoping and planning of sidewalks & crosswalks, bicycle lane, signage upgrade, pedestrian control signal, traffic calming measure and enhanced intersection visibility. This project aims to provide students with an improved means to travel to and from Kingman High School. Consultant $345K
