25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Establish new project.

26. JUSTIFICATION

The purpose of this project is to upgrade the traffic signal wiring at 4 intersections along SR95 to ADOT standards. The existing conductors are failing. The locations are SR95 at Mulberry Ave, West Acoma, Palo Verde in Lake Havasu and SR95 at Thunderstruck Dr in Bullhead. This project and will use the on-call Contract through the Procurement Group. ICAP is included in this request.
