25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Establish new project.

26. JUSTIFICATION

This project is part of TSMOs` rural signal networking efforts to increase traffic signal communication throughout the state. This project will establish remote communication to 8 traffic signals in the Prescott Valley area. There are 5 intersections along SR69 and 3 intersections along SR89A. Equipment will be purchased through a procurement contract and Staff will install it. ICAP is included in this request.
