Confirm Project is in FY26.
26. JUSTIFICATION
Based on conversations with Yuma County, their Board of Supervisors approved the scope of work to relocate and improve the intersection at US95 & Avenue C. The IGA will be updated, and Yuma County will be paying for the additional work. The County has allocated additional construction costs for FY 26. The project is being scheduled for clearances and bid advertisement by May 2026.
