Establish Scoping Project.

This project will complete a drainage improvement engineering scoping document to develop drainage improvements along the 16-mile corridor that currently experiences widespread overtopping of the roadway during high-precipitation events. Staff: $53K Consultant: $250K ICAP: $19K
