26. JUSTIFICATION |
Owing to the rise in structural concrete unit prices and the temporary requirement for traffic signals, the design team and district propose a modification to the scope of the Minor Program Project after Stage III. The recommendation is to reduce the scope from 10 to 5 culvert extensions on SR 85, from MP 0.8 to MP 3.34. This adjustment aligns with the budget constraints of the minor project construction, with the anticipation of advertising in 4Q FY24. |
