25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Establish Design Project.

26. JUSTIFICATION

This project will provide scoping and design funding for the SR 87 and SR 260 intersection improvement project in Payson. The scope includes adding a right turn lane and receiving lane, drainage improvements, ADA upgrades, and signal adjustments. The project will use State Legislative Appropriation Funds. Staff: $468k Consultant: $1,539k ICAP: $123k
