| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| City of Kingman funded traffic interchange project on I-40 over the proposed Rancho Santa Fe Parkway east of SR66. ADOT will administer project construction. Project utilizes $20M of HB2748 Legislative Appropriations already distributed to Kingman. Funding includes FY25 ICAP rate. This project will be included in the FY25 -FY29 Five Year Program |
