| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| This project will install conduit, fiber optics, pull boxes from SR 87 (MP 250.95) to SR-87 (MP 253.25) and from SR-260 (MP 252.10) to SR-260 (MP 253.65). Install adaptive signal timing equipment as needed at the nine intersections listed below, and connect each intersection with underground fiber optics.
