25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Establish a new project

26. JUSTIFICATION

The purpose of this project is to install communication equipment to all 9 traffic signals in the town of Payson. This will allow traffic engineering and signal technician staff to connect to the signals remotely for both troubleshooting and coordination efforts to help mitigate traffic congestion. These installations will be performed by staff. ICAP is included in this request.
